Statement of Belonging
The Well is committed to reflecting the love of Christ by cultivating a community where all people—across age, race, gender, sexuality, identity, ability, background, nationality, and socioeconomic status—are valued, respected, and treated with dignity.
We believe every person holds sacred worth, is created in the image of God, and belongs here.
We strive to foster a culture that embraces the uniqueness of each individual and creates meaningful, equitable opportunities for all to participate, serve, and lead.
Through the pursuit of justice, the extension of compassion, and transformative education, we continue to nurture a Christian community rooted in the love of Christ, where all people can belong, grow, and thrive.
Join Our Movement
We are part of something bigger than all of us, a larger movement of churches committed to inclusion, a thinking faith, and compassion.
